Revealed: Fantasy Football Winners & Losers

Almost 100 of you joined our fantasy football league this season, and collectively we were able to achieve 1,515th place out of 223,750 leagues – not too bad! But the results everyone has been waiting for are the winners and losers of the Kopsource Top Tier itself.

It was a tough tussle at the top for quite some time, with our very own Dominic Campbell clinging onto the summit of the table for a large portion of the season, while fellow founder Liam Tomkins’ neglectful man management led to a slow start…and finish! The co-founders finished in 5th and 15th, respectively, but like everybody else were blown away by the eventual winner.

The 2010/11 Kopsource Top Tier Champion is Rajeev Mundhada’s ‘The Onetouchables’, who stormed to a lofty total of 2183 points over the course of the campaign. As the winner Rajeev will receive any football shirt of his choice, but if it isn’t a Liverpool one we’ll have to ask some serious questions!

At the other end of the table one manager rivalled Roy Hodgson for questionable transfers, eventually finishing on a measly total of 433 points. ‘LiverReds’ manager Alin Manuel Popescu will receive a booby prize for his efforts…or lack thereof!

We ask that Rajeev & Alin contact us at editor@kopsource.com via the email addresses they used to sign up to the league so we can verify their identities. We will then award them their respective prizes before turning our attentions to next season’s game.
