Reds Offered Milos Krasic

Reds Offered Milos Krasic

Posted on 21. Jan, 2012 by in Rumours

Juventus have reportedly offered their out of favour winger Milos Krasic to Liverpool, according to the Daily Mail.

The Serbian international, 27, is reportedly interested in a move away from the Turin club after slipping down the pecking order at Juventus. The winger has made just 4 appearances this season in the Serie A for the Italian giants.

The 27-year-old, who cost Juventus £14million in 2010, has also been linked with a move to Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.

Kopsource rating: 61% – (Kopsource ratings explained)

Source credibility: 45% Player rating: 75% Player Potential: 77% Value for money: 70% Likelihood: 40%

Juventus are willing to offload Krasic for the £14million they paid for him in 2010, however Kenny Dalglish will be reluctant to spend that amount on a player who has failed to impress this season.

Kenny has already stated that this transfer window will be a fairly quiet one for the Reds, and with Liverpool’s woeful record in front of goal this season, Dalglish is likely to spend whatever money he will get, on a goal scorer.

I feel sorry for Kenny Dalglish, he was lumbered with Keen, Clarke and Comoli, three men who are virtually unemployable anywhere else in football.

    Thanks John Henry.
    Thanks for the stats Bullsh**
    Thanks for the championship coaches.

Thanks for getting rid of Sammy Lee.

Take him. Take him a thousand times over. Suarez would set Anfield on fire, getting fed by both Krasic and Gerrard.

what awoeful and inept display of football by a liverpool team that must surely now be rated as the worst liverpool side ever. kd must take full responsibility for signing such mediocre british players and any delay in signing quality foreign players must now surely mean that we wont be challenging the status quo of recent years……forget kd ‘s 5yr plan ,………loyal fans demand that as a club we endeavour to win every game and not just give the top sides arun for their money but that we win them and annihalate a bottom team such as bolton and every other team that comes our way……….sick and tired of being everybodys joke …. kd like his predecessor hogdson i think is a bit out of touch with reality and dont tell me to be loyal to this lot .i’ve been loyal for more than 35yrs and the last 20 has been long enough for any true liverpool supporter to stomach …… catch a bloody wake up call and sign decent players or pack your stuff and depart ….rafa with the kind of money at your disposal would be great to have back at the helm

Benitez would be sacked within a year, he just doesnt understand the passion or aggression and tribal rivalry of English football, he thinks he’s playing chess!!

Take him on loan. We need a right winger anyway. If he plays well, buy him. If not, just sit him on the bench and return him to Juve at the end of the season. He can’t be worse than Downing.

It’s difficult boys… We looked pretty poor today. We have a slight or brief spell of quality and it makes us want to believe becuase we’re so desperate. In a very competitive league we just don’t have the squad or depth. We need 3 or 4 quality players. I don’t care about how much money this or that, I care about champions league football. We need to sell Kyut Maxi and buy 2 strikers 2 wingers. Loaning out carrol might not be a bad idea. Please buy Sow and another back up striker. Buy 2 quality paces wingers spend whatever it takes!

Personally I would take a “flop” like Krasic we could use an “unconvincing” winger who got 7 goals an 8 assists in 33 league appearances last season, just because Juventus under Conte doesn’t utilize wingers in their tactics doesn’t make their wingers bad players.

I have said this over and over to friends about Liverpool and our problems.
We need to buy players that can really turn it on, players that can make something out of nothing.
We need a deadly marksman a striker than can get 20 plus goals a season. A midfielder that can score 15 to 16 goals a season.
We are missing that killer instinct!!
We are missing Lucas, Suarez, and putting too much on Gerrard to win the game on his own.
Carroll should be put in the reserves for a while and in return we should bring our top marksman in the reserves into the full team.
We should drop Adam for a while so he can find the form he once had while at Blackpool.
And play Shelvey in his place.
Bellamy should start every game as he knows how to score goals.
Lastly it was a huge mistake to send Aquilani back to Italy on loan. We should could have used a midfielder like him about now.
Class act never given a chance.
    Real shame….

You know you’d be getting a s#!+ player if one of the best clubs in the world offers you an overrated player who was once dubbed the heir to Pavel Nedved. Not to mention at the same price they got him few yrs ago!

Hi Kenny, 10 days remaining for the end of the transfer window. I think you are taking very lightly to purchase two wingers and one stricker. Go for krosnic and two other world class players if we need to improve our team. Carol
loan him or sell him, this a tree without fruits. Go Kenny we
need world class player to start thinking of silver trofies.

Volkswagger one of our best players this season has been Bellamy who was given away free by City, one of the leagues best strikers is Demba Ba who West Ham agreed to release when they got relegated, if teams like City an West Ham can give away top class players for free I’m sure Juventus are allowed to try and sell players who don’t fit their tactics! And Nedved had a goal record of a league goal every 4.85 games Krasic has a league goal every 5 games, not that far off.

  13. sam charles - more better players, carry on investing

    22. Jan, 2012

Hurt as ever after last night!!! just sat there could not think it was possible to be that bad.

the club has turned a corner and i think we can all see that, shirt deal coming in, more branding partners of the pitch, stable owners, and some players if not most on long term deals, with most of the very bad squad players now gone.

However as much as we have the american owners that are clever at branding and getting in to bed with other compaines and brands, its on the pitch that has to come first.

now its no good having all these plans to increase revenue but if you havent got a winning team with a squad full of quality then you can have all the marketing deals inplace and it will not make a blind bit of difference!!!!

yes we are getting there and some players are still not what we need to get to the very top and stay there, however we must all clearly see that there is no point getting a huge new ground and at huge costs,,, if we cant get a great team out onto the pitch?

for me its carry on investing more money into the playing team………… at the moment i dont want to hear, about the community, shirt sales, sponsorship, new ground,, etc etc, i want better players at this club and i think that speaks for itself?

bloody hell, we are here in the “when you hit rock bottom the only way is up” cycle again.

Buy Aquilani and Miereles that should sure up our midfield and add some creative spark. oh wait.

Sounds like Granero really wants to come to us, great versatile player nobody seems to have bad word to say about quality wise or personality wise, if was at any team other than Madrid (or Barca) he’d be playing week in week out but not quite at the level were he can take the place of Alonso, Ozil, De Maria or Ronaldo, but not many people are let’s face it. Only role in midfield he can’t comfortably fill is DM and he has even done adequate emergency cover there too. Granero for 8 million Krasic on 6 month loan with permanent option in summer. Still think we need another striker aswell though for squad strength so may as well go for a player with enough quality to start forcing his way into first 11 straight away. Still believe a deal of around 15-20 million would be enough to persuade Schalke to give us Huntelaar, who has stated his desire to play in prem but nobody seems prepared to take the chance on him.

Glen johnson has had a poor career since joining LFC, benitez spent 18m on a guy who cant defend, it was just a political signing to score points over the board. People dont realise how much benitez messed up the club, were still counting the cost of his mis-management.

Now we have comoli, clarke and keen, three men who will disappear out of trace after their contracts are up, no clubs will be forming a long queue to hire these idiots.

John henry admitted he doesnt know much about football, not wrong son, as americans say, ‘you got it’.

Funny I’m seeing lot of people that are calling Krasic not good enough also calling for Aquilani’s return, funny as Krasic has 8 squad player cameo appearances an Aquilani has had 20 main squad appearances…and both have scored same number of goals. Both played 33 league games for Juventus last year Aquaman 6 assists 2 goals Krasic 8 assists 7 goals. I actually like both players but would only want Aquaman here if he wanted to be, but I fail to see how people can consider the “better” player who plays in a position we need as not good enough but want the other player here!

KD needs to get his fcuking finger out of comolli’s arse and get krasic, graneo on loan, buy hoillet and sow and KD needs to stop fcuking about with mad formations.

    KD needs to play a 442, 0r a 4141, 451 system.
downing needs to be played in his natural position..left wing.

KD needs to stop trying to put round pegs in square holes. football is simple.

with the above players signed, with a bit of luck, LFC cud just get a top 4 finish, this season.

    …………………reina
    kelly…….skrtel…agger…jose
    krasic…..sg…graneo…downing
