Very important that we learn how to gain a winning mentality and winning this trophy can be the first step. Gerrard is the dIfference between us being top 6 and 4.

Agreed Dave, how many times do you hear from experts how important it is to grab that first trophy during a new dawn for an up and coming team, well we now have become that up and coming team and really important to cement that momentum with silver an Carling Cup is perfect chance to do it. That positive feeling and confidence boost is something you just can’t buy and could push us on for rest of season.

What highlights?
They had half a team and both sides did nothing.
Dull as dishwater.
Are we really bothered about winning this competition…because no other “big club” seems to be.
